Cancellations & Refunds
Effective Date: 12th May 2026
At GLO Salon & Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality beauty training and professional education. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before booking any course or training program.
By enrolling in any course, workshop, or masterclass, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Course Bookings
All course bookings are secured only once:
• A deposit has been paid, or
• Full payment has been received.
Spaces are limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Deposits
Non-Refundable Deposits
All course deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
Deposits are used to:
• Secure training spaces
• Prepare course materials
• Reserve educator time
• Order products or kits where applicable
Failure to attend a course does not entitle students to a refund of the deposit.
Full Course Payments
Payment Due Dates
Full payment must be completed before the course start date unless a payment plan
arrangement has been agreed in writing.
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the booking.
Student Cancellation Policy
More Than 14 Days Notice
If a student cancels more than 14 days before the course start date:
• Deposits remain non-refundable
• Any additional payments may be transferred to another course date
Less Than 14 Days Notice
If a student cancels within 14 days of the course start date:
• No refunds will be issued
• Payments are non-transferable
• The booking may be forfeited
This is due to educator scheduling, limited course spaces, and academy preparation costs.
Failure to Attend / No Shows
Students who:
• Fail to attend
• Arrive excessively late
• Leave during training
• Do not complete the course will not be entitled to:
• Refunds
• Transfers
• Replacement training dates
Course Transfers
Course transfers are offered at the academy’s discretion.
Transfer Conditions
• Minimum 14 days notice required
• One transfer permitted per booking
• Transfer fees may apply
• Transfers are subject to course availability
Repeated rescheduling may result in forfeiture of the booking.
Academy Cancellation Policy
GLO Salon & Academy reserves the right to:
• Reschedule courses
• Change educators
• Amend course dates if necessary
• Cancel training due to unforeseen circumstances
If the academy cancels a course:
• Students will be offered an alternative date, or
• A full refund of payments made directly to the academy
The academy is not responsible for:
• Travel costs
• Accommodation costs
• Loss of earnings
• Third-party expenses
Refund Policy
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will NOT be issued for:
• Change of mind
• Failure to attend
• Late cancellations
• Lack of models
• Failure to complete coursework
• Dissatisfaction due to personal preference
• Insurance refusal due to student eligibility
• Failure to check course prerequisites
Students are responsible for ensuring they meet all entry requirements before booking.
Online Courses & Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital learning products:
• Online courses
• Downloadable manuals
• Digital workbooks
• Templates
• Online memberships
are strictly non-refundable once access has been granted.

Training Kits
Training kits and products are non-refundable due to hygiene and safety reasons
